I really enjoyed this one, I've got a soft spot for the stores in this series that involve the aliens trying to make a home in our world. Being so out of their depth, feeling like they don't belong, and then finding the love of a good man/woman and the companionship of faithful friends. Kind of pushes my buttons.
While the hero and heroine in this book are cut from the same mold as previous ones (hero: alpha, warrior, independent, protective heroine: smart, sassy, determined, brave and independent) it worked well for Sasha and Larem.
The romance and the struggles between these two characters worked for me and I bought into their relationship hook, line and sinker.
I'm used to more explicit sex scenes so while they were hot it was a mild disappointment.
I don't like the surprise baby! plot device but it worked fairly well here.
So overall, a very good read and installment into this series.
